Departure is before 10 AM at the day of departure (usually Saturday).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Number of guests\/terms of use<\/strong><br \/>\nThe maximum number of guests in the holiday house is 8, unless we have agreed on another number. Pets aren\u2019t allowed. We make sure, that fresh linen and bath towels are ready when you arrive \u2013 and we make sure to launder it as well, once you have left.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Payment and deposit<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen you have booked the house, 20% of the rent must be paid to the following account: BIC NDEADKKK, IBAN Account no. DK2420005036344719. Thereafter <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"da\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">the house is reserved for you and the lease is binding.<\/span><\/span> Two months before your arrival to the holiday house Villa Romarine, the rest of the payment is due. You\u2019ll get more information on this in your booking confirmation, which you\u2019ll receive after booking a stay at Villa Romarine.<\/p>\n<p>If you order later than two months before the beginning of the rental period, the whole amount is due at the time of booking. If you haven\u2019t paid the full rental amount in time, we can cancel your booking without further notice.<\/p>\n<p>You must pay DKK 3,000 \/ 400 EUR as a deposit at the same time as you pay the remainder of the rental amount. If you leave the house in the same condition as you received it in, you\u2019ll get your deposit back after your holiday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Cleaning<\/strong><br \/>\nFinal cleaning is included in the rent, but make sure to tidy up, when you leave the house.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Liability<\/strong><br \/>\nAs tenants you\u2019re reliable for everything in the holiday house in your rental period. If damages occur, you\u2019re obliged to contact us by mail or phone straight away. Any damages will be fixed at your expense.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Complaints<\/strong><br \/>\nShould you, contrary to expectation, have any complaints in regards to the rental of Villa Romarine, please send us an email no later than 48 hours after moving in. Do you have any complaints regarding cleaning, please point it out immediately after arrival.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Cancellation<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you cancel your booking earlier than two months before your planned stay in the holiday house, you\u2019re obliged to pay 20% of the rent. If you cancel later than that, you\u2019re obliged to pay the entire rental amount, 100%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8) Force majeure<\/strong><br \/>\nWe can terminate the lease without further notice due to force majeure, strike and epidemic medical cases or the like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9) Misprint<\/strong><br \/>\nWe make reservations about misprint or the like.<\/p>\n<p>The holiday house Villa Romarine and not least\u202fNice is a lovely place to be.
